2.2. Mechanical Preventive Maintenance
SCOPE OF WORK:
 • Monthly Maintenance
Complete monthly maintenance on Beam Pumps’ sucker rod surface unit according to recommended manufacturer manual procedures (Reducer oil level and top up, All unit bearings inspection and greasing and greasing, Belt alignment and tensioning, brake system service, etc.)  For all units' types.
 • Semi- annual Maintenance
Complete semi-annual maintenance on Beam Pumps’ sucker rod surface unit according to recommended manufacturer manual procedures beside monthly list (Reducer Gear Inspections, Reducer Lubrication Inspections, Upper Pitman Pins inspection and greasing, wireline examined and lubricated, check all bolts. Confirm torques, etc.)  For all units' types.
 • Continuous unit monitoring
Monitoring program development for detection of problems in the gearbox, prime mover, and units' components prior to expensive failures.

3. ELECTRICAL SERVICES
Reported Beam Pumps’ sucker rod surface unit electrical maintenance – PM/CM (Preventive & Corrective Maintenance).

3.1. Electrical Corrective Maintenance
SCOPE OF WORK:
