CASING FILL UP & CIRCULATING TOOL
The AutoFill Casing Fill-Up and Circulating System saves time and enhances rig safety and well control during drilling operations by allowing the operator to fill, circulate and recover fluid while running Casing. With the AutoFill Casing Fill-Up and Circulating System, you can continue to use the rig pumps and top-drive while running or pulling each joint of Casing.
The patented AutoValve™ Mudsaver Valve is used with the AutoFill system to prevent mud from escaping when the valve is removed from the Casing. The valve also ensures positive valve operation and allows high flow rates while eliminating erosion and leaking that can hinder the performance of spring-type fill-up valves. The AutoValve automatically opens when inserted into the Casing and automatically closes when it is removed. It also prevents surging the well and is immune to mud solids.

• Flow-back application is intended for circulating conditions on liners and strings with sensitive pressure gradients
• Option to add push down plate to 4 1/2-inch to 13 3/8-inch capabilities in order to apply weight from the top drive/hook directly to the casing string to aid in pushing the casing through obstructions
